Coffee Perk is the preferable alternative to Starbucks. It's just around the corner so why don't you support a local coffee joint. They have coffee, food, and free wi-fi.

They are open seven days a week, 7am - 11pm on weekdays, 8am - 11pm on the weekend.

Also, Coffee Perk occasionally has live music.
