I just bought a bottle of Flying Trout 2010 at a benefit for SafeHaven in Albany, OR. Excellent wine. We had it with our crab stuffed Rockfish sautéed in basil butter. Who said red can't go with fish?!. This wine was a Syrah/Malbec mix. Smooth, rich, velvety, mellow, hearty. Tastes like s'more!
