Walla Walla Bread Company bakes bread based on a natural fermentation process known as a white starter or mother dough.
The "kneads" they satisfy range from boules, baguettes and ciabatta — to bagels and croissants along with a nice selection of cookies and muffins to satisfy the sweet tooth.
They serve lunch including a full line of hot and cold sandwiches along with two daily soup options.
Open Tuesday through Friday from 7am to 5pm and Saturday from 7am to 3pm.
