I went to the new restaurant on opening day. The food was good, although the staff is still working out how to split a pita quickly. They'll get it soon, I imagine.
The place is laid out like Subway. Pick your sandwich, pick a white or wheat pita, then pick from the toppings that are sitting in front of you (behind the glass). The staff will fill your pita with veggies and sauces, then add the grilled meat (if applicable) and wrap it all up. The pita is wrapped in on itself, much like a burrito, which makes it easy to handle with one hand.
Standard combo is available with chips and a drink. Coke products on tap with some other drinks in the cooler.
I had a gyro which was very good. Spinach leaves, feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce are part of the standard toppings, so I added those with some tomato. Good to have some greek food back in town.
